Base Camp is where members can follow the golf course from planning through construction. As work moves forward, this page will share the milestones, introduce the team, and offer a clearer view of how the course is being shaped.
The goal is not simply to document progress. It is to bring Founding Members closer to the making of a course designed to belong to this land.

Construction Begins
The first visible stage of the build begins across the property.
Shaping the Course
Construction moves from earthwork and shaping to drainage, irrigation, greens, tees, and fairways.
Establishing the Playing Surfaces
Once shaping and construction are complete, attention turns to grassing and preparing the course for the way it is intended to play.
Course Completion
The completed course begins its final path toward member play and the full opening experience.

Green Tee Golf will help bring The Camp to life. Its founder, Earl Sanders, calls Paducah, Kentucky, and Augusta, Georgia—where Green Tee has a significant presence—home. Green Tee has been involved in six of the last nine PGA major venues and is well known for the exceptional quality of the greens it builds. It is a real honor to partner with Earl’s team.
