River Views
Elevated settings oriented toward long views of the Ohio River and the changing light across the water.
A limited collection of private homesites, each selected to feel inseparable from the landscape—and separate from everything else.
Concept illustration · final architecture to be developedThe Camp will offer a limited number of homesites with views of the Ohio River, the pond, the timber, and the golf course. Each site will be chosen individually for the character of its setting, its natural outlook, and the way it connects a home to the larger landscape.
This will not feel like housing built around a golf course. Homes will not simply line fairways or repeat along a subdivision street. Instead, every location will be carefully placed within the property, using distance, topography, trees, and natural screening to protect both the golf experience and the privacy of each member.
The Camp will also offer thoughtfully designed four-bedroom cottages, providing members, families, and guests with a comfortable place to stay close to the golf, sporting life, and shared experiences of the club. The cottages will carry the same sense of privacy, warmth, and connection to the land that defines the wider property.

Quiet homesites where water becomes part of the daily experience—from morning reflections to evenings outdoors.
Wooded locations shaped by mature trees, natural contours, and the sense of being held privately within the land.
Selected views across the course without sacrificing the separation, quiet, and integrity of the golf itself.
From each homesite, the golf, hunting, fishing, water, woods, and shared life of The Camp become an extension of home. The goal is a rare feeling: that the entire property is there for you, while your own corner of it feels entirely yours.
